This policy explains how we process personal data when you use the bio-cutlery.com website. You cannot buy anything on this website; you can request a quote and contact us.

2. What data we process, why, and on what legal basis

We need your name and email address to reply; without them we cannot handle your enquiry. All other fields are optional.
We send newsletters or marketing messages only if you have given separate, explicit consent. Requesting a quote is not such consent.
3. Cookies and data stored in your browser
This website does not use tracking, analytics or marketing cookies. Products you add to the quote list are stored only in your own browser (local storage) so the list is kept while you browse. This is needed for the feature to work, and the list reaches us only when you submit the form. You can clear it on the website or by deleting your browser data at any time.
Fonts are served from our own hosting, and there are no embedded maps or social media plugins. Links to Google Maps and Facebook open only when you click them; from then on, that provider's privacy rules apply.
4. Who has access to the data (processors)
- Netlify, Inc. (101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA) – website hosting and form delivery.
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, D18 P521, Ireland) – Microsoft 365, operates the info@eurosol.hu mailbox, which receives form notifications.
Within our company, only staff who handle quote requests can access the data. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Netlify, Inc. is based in the United States, and some Microsoft services may also involve transfers to the United States. Transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (2023/1795), under which both Netlify and Microsoft are certified, supplemented by the Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Your rights
- access your data and obtain a copy (GDPR Art. 15);
- have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16);
- have your data erased (Art. 17) or its processing restricted (Art. 18);
- receive the data you provided in a machine-readable format (data portability, Art. 20);
- object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).
Send your request to info@eurosol.hu. We reply within one month; where justified, this can be extended by two months, and we will tell you if so. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
7. Complaints and remedies
If you believe we have breached data protection rules, please contact us first. You can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, H-1055 Budapest; postal address: H-1363 Budapest, Pf. 9.; phone: +36 1 391 1400; email: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; www.naih.hu) or with the data protection authority of the EU member state where you live or work. You can also go to court.
8. Security
The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Only staff who need the data for their work can access it, through password-protected accounts.
9. Changes to this policy
If our processing changes, we will update this policy and show the effective date at the top of the page.
